Through this policy and its underlying procedures, UYA & EN APP attempts to secure the confidentiality of customer records and information and protect against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of customer records and information.
The Estate Navigator Application is an innovative data collection tool designed to simplify and streamline your estate planning process. The essential sections guide the user to ensure that no aspect of the estate is overlooked. The Estate Navigator can be stored safely on a computer and can be accessed at any point or printed out if that is your preference. The document can be password protected (via Adobe) and securely shared with the trusted individuals involved in your life. The Estate Navigator sections allow the user to input valuable information to assist decision makers with the users estate (1.Personal Information 2. Family 3. Financial 4. Liabilities 5. Health Care 6. Legal and Estate Planning 7. Digital World 8. Pets 9. Funeral Plans 10. Veteran 11. Miscellaneous.). The EN APP does not retain or sell any of the information that is provided by the user.

It is the policy of UYA & EN APP to restrict access to and/or the sharing of all current and former clients’ information (i.e., information and records pertaining to personal background [including social security number and address], investment objectives, financial situation, financial planning issues, tax information/returns, investment holdings, account numbers, account balances, etc.) to those employees and affiliated/nonaffiliated entities who need to know that information in furtherance of the client’s engagement of UYA.
UYA & EN APP shall disclose, as necessary, the client’s information: (1) required to do so by judicial or regulatory process; or (2) otherwise permitted to do so in accordance with applicable federal and/or state privacy regulations.
However, UYA & EN APP does not, and shall not, disclose or share information with any affiliated or nonaffiliated persons, entities or service providers for marketing or any other purposes or reasons not referenced above.
